The 2021 Baby Blue Red is composed of mostly Cabernet Sauvignon, with the addition of 7% Merlot, 3% Syrah and 1% each of Cabernet Franc and Malbec, and it was aged for 17-18 months in barrels. Saturated red/purple hue, it's forward in the glass with warming notes of toasted cedar, turned earth, baked currant, and forest herbs. Full-bodied, ripe, and hearty, with rich tannins, a weighty texture, and a clean finish, it's ripe and warming and will be best enjoyed over the coming 5-7 years.
